Return Period

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items may be returned whether defective or not, as long as they meet the conditions below.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for:

  • Defective products (e.g., damaged, faulty, incorrect item)

  • Non-defective products (e.g., wrong size, change of mind)

Return Process

  2. Receive Instructions
    Our team will provide a return authorization, instructions, and a return label if applicable.

  3. Pack & Ship

    • Use original packaging and ensure tags/labels are intact.

    • Include the return authorization form.

    • Apply the provided return label, if one is issued.

  4. Processing
    Once your return is received and inspected, refunds or exchanges are processed within 7 business days.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective / Incorrect Products:
    Return shipping is free. We will cover all return costs and either refund or replace the item.

  • Non-Defective Products:
    Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. This includes changes in preference, size, or style.


Exchange Policy

We are happy to offer exchanges for any item within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is in unused, undamaged condition with all original tags and packaging.

  • Received the wrong item or a defective product?

Additional Guidelines

  • Damaged or Defective Items
    Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue for prompt resolution.

  • Non-Delivery
    If your item hasn’t arrived, contact us to initiate a shipping investigation. If the item is confirmed lost, we’ll issue a full refund or send a replacement.

  • Order Cancellations
    Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, they must follow the standard return process upon delivery.
