Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day free return policy, which means you have 30 days to complete a return from the shipping date of your order. 

The following conditions apply: 

Items must be returned in the same condition as when received, with the tags still attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase needs to be included. 

Kindly note that discounted price items, items on sale, and gift cards are unfortunately not eligible for a free return.

What next? 

If your return request is accepted our team will assist you in shipping the item, after which you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days given the items are approved for a refund. 

Damages and Issues

Kindly inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
